Pixie class 2026, over and out. As much as we are all looking forward to the holidays, we couldn't let the opportunity to firstly thank all the parents for their support and generosity, we are all very grateful. Huge thank you to the children for making us laugh, being ready to learn and for making our classroom a wonderful place to be. Lastly, this year's goodbye was especially poignant for myself and Mr Hodgson as the year 2's were our first 'babies'. We have seen them flourish and become the most wonderful bunch of children who we know will go on to achieve their dreams, hence the very watery eyes yesterday! Thank you all

Year 6's had their stone age forest school session and loved it: creating tepees, jewellery, cave paintings and spears

Gnomes had the most incredible time during their Stone Age experience on Thursday. We built our own mini shelters, learnt how to create a fire, made tools and beaded jewellery and even gathered berries and nettles to cook.

A busy couple of days for Pixies! Today all the children took part in an enrichment afternoon of glow in the dark dodgeball, it was brilliant! Reception worked on PSHE, seeing how much they have changed since they were babies. And just look at their completely independent sentence writing they CHOSE to do in drawing club, we are so proud of all of the children

Pixies are making the most of the slightly cooler weather (phew!) Reception are enjoying this week's book "Dinosaur Drip" and have been loving the provision. Year one and two have been very sensible with their understanding and involvement in PSHE, we are very proud of all of them
